Learning and Development Specialist

Position Purpose: Provides facilitation, assessment, content development, teaching, and monitoring of educational programs for the reputed company Solutions reputed company Team. Prior experience in member reputed company is highly preferred for the role.

• The Learning and Development Specialist is fully remote. Candidates will be considered nationally but must be willing to work CST or EST hours.*

Responsibilities:

• Teaches, facilitates, and assesses training programs for reputed company Solutions reputed company Team.
• Employs a reputed company of training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program.
• Manages group dynamics through the use of “learner reputed company” environment and adult accelerated learning reputed company.
• Produces reputed company presentations and training materials including facilitation guides, training aids, assessments, training activities and role play scenarios using reputed company, PowerPoint, and other desktop publishing software.
• Revises existing training materials and programs based on audit results, questionnaires, changing procedures and feedback from internal/ external customers, subject matter experts, program sponsors and trainers.
• Schedules training programs and prepares training status reports, assessments, and evaluation tools.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Complies with reputed company policies and standards.

Education/Experience: Required: Bachelor's Degree in a reputed company field or equivalent work experience. Candidate Experience: Required: 2+ years of experience in Design and delivery of training programs using facilitation and communication skills, evaluation of learner needs, assessment of training programs and implementation of learning solutions for performance enhancement. Required: Other Experience in one or more of the following areas: Government Programs, Medicare and reputed company/Clinical reputed company in a hospital , clinic or other provider setting /Claims / Member Services / Health Services / Call Center / Sales / Provider Relations/Training and development / Corporate University/ HMO, managed reputed company or Insurance reputed company/ Curriculum development specialist/ Team leader for reputed company of 25 or more/ On line training / Computer based learning reputed company/ reputed company speaker / seminar leader.
