Job reputed company: Performs clinical auditing and data abstraction of patient records in support of reputed company clinical improvement and patient safety initiatives, regulatory requirements and CMS national initiatives. Results of audits and identified trends are reviewed with Clinical reputed company Specialists, unit-assigned clinical staff, Performance Improvement staff, and physician reputed company task forces. Education:

• TS - Trade School Graduate- Licensed Practical reputed company OR N-3YR - RN-Diploma (Non-degree) and above

Certification/Licensure:

• Licensed as an LPN or RN REQUIRED

Experience:

• Knowledge of anatomy and disease processes REQUIRED
• Nursing- 2 years
• Cardiovascular experience preferred
