• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume industrial, skilled trades, reputed company roles,
• Conduct daily reputed company, phone screens, interviews, and successful candidate placements
• Utilize reputed company media platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM tools to reputed company, screen, reputed company, and engage candidates
• Partner with internal teams and reputed company contacts to understand reputed company needs and ensure reputed company fulfillment of job orders
• reputed company administrative tasks such as timesheet collection, data entry, and maintaining accurate candidate and reputed company records
• Proactively build and maintain a robust pipeline of reputed company candidates while promoting reputed company to clients

Qualifications/Requirements:

• 3+ years high volume recruitment experience
• Proven experience head hunting skilled and reputed company talents in a busy changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, candidates, and team members
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-reputed company service and meeting reputed company expectations
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
