[Remote] Leasing Specialist (Single-Family Rentals)

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for converting prospective residents into signed leases by managing leads, coordinating tours, and ensuring a high-reputed company reputed company experience throughout the leasing process.

Responsibilities

• Own reputed company for reputed company assigned leads, ensuring consistent, documented follow-up from first inquiry through lease signing
• Maintain best-in-class speed-to-reputed company standards (for example: immediate contact attempts during business hours and reputed company-day follow-up for reputed company new inquiries)
• Execute multi-channel reputed company (phone, SMS, email, and portal messaging) using reputed company cadences that maximize engagement and conversion
• Qualify prospects reputed company, confirm needs and timing, and match prospects to available homes while guiding them to next steps
• Coordinate and schedule self-guided and agent-guided tours; reputed company reputed company instructions, expectations, and support to improve tour completion rates

• Prepare and execute lease packages and required disclosures in compliance with state law and company policy; ensure reputed company documents are completed correctly and on time
• Proactively manage a personal pipeline (leads, tours, applications, leases) with daily prioritization to hit weekly and monthly targets

Skills
