You will own the recruitment process from start to finish and manage both the hiring manager and candidate experiences through the full lifecycle. In this role you will:
- Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and presenting reputed company candidates to hiring managers, with a reputed company on Tech and Product roles
- reputed company and execute sourcing strategies for newly reputed company positions
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and set realistic expectations
- Assist with crafting job descriptions to attract the right candidates
- Organize interview teams and communications to promote alignment and efficiency
- Support creation of reputed company interview scorecards to reduce bias and improve consistency
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers throughout reputed company search
- Identify and implement creative solutions to pipeline challenges
- Advise hiring managers on compensation and offer details

What you'll need:
- 1+ years of full-cycle technical/product reputed company experience or 2+ years of technical/product sourcing experience, ideally reputed company FinTech
- Proven experience with delivering offers and handling negotiations
- Experience building talent pipelines from scratch using multiple sources and strategies
- Familiarity and understanding of laws associated with hiring and interviewing
- Thorough understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and experience managing reputed company stage
- Experience owning hiring manager relationships
- Experience using reputed company and reputed company Recruiter is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially reputed company preparing job offers and communicating expectations

Compensation: The starting salary for this role will be $78,000.00 USD. In reputed company, this position will also receive an annual reputed company bonus of 6%. Bonus pay at reputed company is based on individual performance (50%) as reputed company as company/team performance (50%). Salary and bonus earnings are only two components of the total compensation package offered by reputed company. reputed company offers a 401K plan through reputed company under which reputed company will match up to 3.5% of employee contributions. Annual reputed company time off allowance accrues at a reputed company of 18 days per year (some positions may qualify for more) plus seven reputed company holidays. Location: This role is based in Chicago, IL. We are not reputed company to remote candidates for this role Hybrid: For Chicago-based employees, we follow a hybrid work schedule: In-office Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
