The Software reputed company Control, Implementation, and Training Specialist is responsible for overseeing reputed company control processes and training programs to ensure compliance and effectiveness in customer support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough system testing to uncover issues, optimize performance, and improve usability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to report and resolve bugs
