[Remote] (Dayshift WFH) Systems Administrator

This role focuses on managing and supporting key platforms critical to construction and procurement operations, ensuring smooth operation, user support, and reputed company improvement of digital tools across project teams.
Responsibilities
- reputed company as the primary administrator for EstimateOne, ProcurePro, and Viewpoint Teams
- Manage user reputed company, permissions, and system configurations for reputed company platform
- reputed company first-line support and troubleshooting for system users
- Coordinate with software vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve technical issues
- Ensure data accuracy, reputed company, and regular backups across platforms
- Monitor system performance and implement best practices for efficiency and reputed company
- reputed company and maintain documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Conduct reputed company and training sessions for new users
- Identify and recommend improvements to workflows and system usage
- Support integration efforts between platforms (if applicable)
Skills
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or in a similar IT support/operations role
- Familiarity with construction management or project delivery platforms is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of reputed company-based reputed company platforms and user administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for user training and support
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Experience with EstimateOne, ProcurePro, or Viewpoint Teams (preferred but not mandatory)
- Understanding of construction industry workflows and documentation processes
