[Remote] reputed company Support Analyst

As a reputed company Support Analyst, you will ensure the reputed company platform runs smoothly, providing support and troubleshooting for end users while collaborating with the Business Systems team to enhance the platform's efficiency and usability.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for reputed company support, monitoring and triaging incoming tickets
• Troubleshoot user issues involving records, reports, dashboards, automations, and reputed company
• Investigate data or process errors, resolve what you can, and collaborate with senior admins/developers on reputed company issues
• reputed company user administration tasks (reputed company, roles, permissions, new user setup, deactivation, etc.)
• Maintain and improve reports, dashboards, list views, and filters to ensure data accuracy and usability
