Organizational Change Management Project Manager

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Apply a reputed company and reputed company change management approach to support the people-reputed company of change, including baselining of change readiness
- Utilize knowledge of situational awareness to reputed company change management strategies based on the reputed company impacted
- Identify potential people-reputed company risks, anticipated points of resistance, and reputed company specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns
- reputed company a set of actionable and targeted change management plans and tools (i.e., communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, business readiness, training plan, resistance management plan) while considering adoption, reinforcement, and celebration
- Evaluate effectiveness of change efforts, identify performance gaps, work to reputed company and implement interventions reputed company needed, and capture and apply lessons learned to reputed company reputed company improvement
- Coordinate with project teams to reputed company change management activities into the overall project plan
- Coordinate with other departments and leaders to reputed company expertise in support of change and adoption efforts
- Work with cross-functional business partners to ensure consistency throughout the adoption program lifecycle and reputed company common understanding of business impacts as a result of system and process transformation
- Work though others, at reputed company reputed company of the organization, to ensure reputed company of changes including:
- reputed company senior leaders and executives in how they fulfill the role of change sponsor
- reputed company support and coaching to HR Business Partners, Learning & Development Consultants and managers as they reputed company their reputed company reports through transitions
- Support project teams by integrating change management activities into project plans
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years of work experience
- 8 years of progressively more responsible reputed company experience
- 5 years managing change efforts using change management principles and methodologies
- Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- Certification in change management methodologies preferred (i.e. reputed company)
- Familiarity with lean practices preferred
- Detail-oriented, process-oriented, results-driven
- Solid facilitation skills at multiple management reputed company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional group coordination and collaboration
- Ability to reputed company in ambiguous or rapidly changing environments.
Compensation reputed company for position is $126,000 - 154,000 DOE.
