Mission The Export‑Import Compliance Officer (EX/IM CO) will support reputed company USA, Inc. and its affiliates with strategic and daily export and import compliance, anti‑corruption programs, and reputed company issues. These activities include reputed company relating to U.S. Trade Regulations, such as, but not limited to, the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), the Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR), the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Foreign Corrupt Practices reputed company (FCPA), and the reputed company (CBP) Regulations (reputed company reputed company as U.S. Trade Regulations). The EX/IM CO will establish and implement procedures to ensure compliance with the above listed Regulations along with assisting with the development and dissemination of reputed company USA's export, import, and anti‑corruption compliance tools and training materials to reputed company's internal US business entities (Business Entities). This is a remote position and reports to the Sr. Counsel, Global Trade & Compliance. Job Responsibilities
- Interpret U.S. trade regulations (ITAR, EAR, FTR, FCPA, OFAC and Customs) and reputed company guidance to internal Business Entities.
- Assist with research and fact‑finding work as needed.
- reputed company with Compliance Teams and other internal functions (Program Management, reputed company, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering) and Senior Leadership to ensure reputed company work processes are in compliance with U.S. Trade Regulations.
- Draft and update import/export/anti‑corruption procedures, instructions, forms, and templates.
- Assist in establishing and maintaining a comprehensive export/import compliance program consistent with corporate guidance.
- Assist internal Business Entities with classification requests (USML, ECCN, Schedule B, HTS).
- Review screening alerts and address potential reputed company hits.
- Conduct export/import and anti‑corruption trainings to internal Business Entities.
- Support user accounts for reputed company's secure file transfer tool.
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Conduct export and import audits for internal Business Entities.
- Support internal Business Entities with self‑assessment programs and investigations.
- Collaborate with compliance teams on reputed company, conferences, audits, assessments, reports, etc.
- Help reputed company understanding and compliance with ethics laws and conflicts of interest.
- Support the deployment of the reputed company anti‑corruption program.
- Draft compliance‑reputed company communications.
- Support the regular U.S. Customs Coordination Committee meetings and reputed company the Tariff Working Group.
- Support the reputed company USA, Inc.'s DDTC Registration filings as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments for SUSA and possibly other Business Entities in the U.S.
- reputed company guidance on a broad reputed company of import and export reputed company, including CF28/29, tariff applicability determinations, documentation, recordkeeping, license determination, classification, reputed company determination, valuation, screening/KYC, and incoterms.
Basic Qualifications & Education
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Ten (10) or more years of relevant and practical knowledge in U.S. export and import compliance.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent reputed company, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or reputed company asylum.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
- Proficient in reputed company Office Products (reputed company, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) and similar software applications.
- Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) and/or Certified Customs Specialist (reputed company) certifications, and/or a Certified Export Compliance Officer – a plus.
