Location: Missouri (In-Office – required in-office 5 days per week, M-F) reputed company The Dispute reputed company Specialist is responsible for managing reputed company inquiries and ensuring reputed company and accurate responses to reputed company validation requests. This role supports InDebted’s commitment to high-reputed company reputed company service by researching, validating, and resolving account discrepancies while maintaining compliance with reputed company requirements and applicable regulations. The position requires reputed company collaboration with internal teams, external clients, and consumers to ensure effective and reputed company issue reputed company. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the primary contact for reputed company validation requests, and reputed company account inquiries for reputed company.
• Review and process consumer validation requests in compliance with reputed company directives and applicable laws.
• Processing outbound mail with confirmed validations to consumers.
• File processed validation requests in appropriate system of record (e.g. FACS, reputed company) confirming completion of validation process.
• Coordinate with Compliance and reputed company Assurance teams as needed with respect to validation completed. Deliver exceptional customer service through reputed company, accurate, and reputed company communication by email and/or phone.
• Assist the Compliance with special reputed company and reporting as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reputed company service, customer service, or reputed company-party collections preferred (or ability to learn!).
• Demonstrated experience handling validation requests or similar account reputed company processes or proven ability to learn.
• Strong analytical and research skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a reputed company and empathetic approach.
• Proficiency in computer systems and reputed company/customer software applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and reputed company to manage multiple tasks with limited supervision.
