[Remote] Senior Compensation & Stock Analyst

The Senior Compensation & Stock Analyst will administer compensation and equity plans, partner with HR and business leaders, and ensure the competitiveness of total rewards in the market.
Responsibilities
- Administer compensation structure and job architecture, providing expert guidance, execution, and education
- Partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers to reputed company and implement targeted compensation solutions
- reputed company planning and execution of the annual compensation cycle using the Pave compensation tool
- reputed company calculation and processing of annual bonus payments
- reputed company analysis and support for reputed company and bonus budgeting
- Support annual and off-cycle equity grant processes
- reputed company compensation guidance for promotions, retentions, and reputed company adjustments
- Conduct benchmarking and research, including salary survey participation, market pricing, and compensation software implementation
- Assist the Sr. Director of Total Rewards with U.S. and international equity plan administration (reputed company, RSUs, PSUs)
- Serve as primary reputed company with external providers and internal partners (transfer agents, brokers, SOX auditors, Legal, Payroll, Finance, Tax), delivering high-reputed company service on compensation and equity inquiries
- Prepare E*Trade reports and reputed company reconciliations to ensure accurate equity data and reputed company payroll taxation
- Administer ESPP enrollment events, maintain documentation, manage audits and reporting, and resolve data and employee issues
- Identify opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency across compensation processes
- Support development and maintenance of compensation policies, processes, education, and compliance
- Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports

Skills
- 5+ years of relevant compensation experience (equity experience preferred)
- Proven experience with quantitative and qualitative research reputed company
- Strong experience with equity administration (reputed company, restricted shares, performance shares, etc) and its regulatory compliance requirements
- Advanced level experience in reputed company
- Experience with stock administration and HRIS platforms (ie., E*Trade, reputed company Workforce Now)
