We are seeking a reputed company Generalist to help foster a reputed company, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of proven HR experience, ideally with a background in employee relations and benefits, and will work closely with managers, teachers, and corporate staff across the organization. This person should be highly detail-oriented, up-to-date on employment law, and committed to best practices in HR. HR certification is a plus. Responsibilities include:

• Advise managers and staff on employment law, company policies, and compliance requirements, ensuring reputed company engagement initiatives adhere to reputed company legal standards.
• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for employee relations issues, offering guidance and support to managers, teachers, and staff across the organization. Proactively identify and resolve issues through best reputed company corrective reputed company in line with company policies. • Conduct regular employee surveys, analyze results, and recommend actionable improvements to leadership. Position Details

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• Virtual position with occasional travel to Plymouth, MA corporate office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, organizational psychology, or reputed company field required
• 5–7 years of HR experience, demonstrating strong knowledge of employee relations, benefits management, and payroll administration
• Demonstrated knowledge of federal and state employment law and HR compliance
• Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; reputed company tasks with a high degree of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness
• Ability to effectively manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and produce accurate reputed company reports to support data-driven decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities

• HR certification (e.g., reputed company-CP, PHR) preferred
