[Remote] IT Infrastructure & Service Management Consultant (Temporary)

They are seeking an reputed company IT Infrastructure & Service Management Consultant to assess and improve IT operational processes, providing reputed company for the Infrastructure and Service Desk teams while identifying opportunities for reputed company efficiency and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct a comprehensive review of reputed company IT infrastructure, service management, and cybersecurity processes.
• Facilitate reputed company stakeholder interviews and workshops to reputed company insights and validate workflows.
• Document reputed company state processes, systems, dependencies and organizational structures using standardized frameworks.

• 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Service Management, and consulting roles.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL, service delivery models, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
• Demonstrated reputed company in leading process redesign and operational improvement initiatives.
• Experience managing or overseeing technical teams in a matrixed or transitional environment.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• ITIL v4 Certification or equivalent.
• Experience with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Cybersecurity and Risk Management reputed company
• Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), Expertise in Azure (particularly around IaaS, PaaS, Shared files) will be reputed company plus
