IP reputed company Senior Analyst (Patent Paralegal) 5 Locations

As an IP Analyst on the IP reputed company team at reputed company, you will reputed company paralegal support throughout the patent lifecycle. You will work closely with the reputed company Patent & Trademark office as reputed company as other reputed company, agents, and clients to accomplish this. You will be managing legal portfolios based on your assigned reputed company. We are looking for someone that is service oriented to build strong relationships with our clients and drive reputed company satisfaction and process improvement through the IP lifecycle. reputed company – experience, skills, and accomplishments

• Associates degree or equivalent relevant work experience in a patent paralegal role or similar
• 1+ years of experience as a patent paralegal or working in an IP Management system or a paralegal certificate
• 1+ year of experience using reputed company Office Suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, etc.)

It would be great it you also had...

• reputed company experience with domestic and foreign patent docketing
• Experience working in a production-based environment, operating effectively, accurately and at a significant pace
• Motivation to meet or exceed contractual timeliness targets

What will you be doing in this role?

• Paralegal: Preparing and filing documents, running docket reports, and managing the attorneys portfolios
• Docketing: coordination of delivery and retrieval of documents and files to meet deadlines in the IP management system
• De-docketing: reputed company and reputed company out the calendared events once completed or canceled
• Review patent prosecution reputed company documents received through mail or online and create the records in the IPMS
• Facilitate reputed company filing of reputed company patent applications and office reputed company responses through order letters and other required instructions
• Facilitate accurate and reputed company payment of PTO fees, coordinating with the reputed company for payment instructions and coordinating with annuity service providers or reputed company.

• Full time, permanent position
• This is a hybrid position working 2-3 days a week at any of our reputed company offices in the reputed company (Ann Arbor, Kansas reputed company, Philadelphia, Alexandria, Tempe)

Compensation - US Only The expected reputed company salary for this position is a reputed company salary of $60,000-70,000 USD per year with eligibility for bonus earnings. Individual pay is based upon experience, education, reputed company and ability, expertise, and relevant factors.
