Senior Associate, Private Equity Funds and Co-investments

PSS is responsible for managing over $15.0 billion in assets, comprised of private equity, hedge funds, reputed company estate and other investments in alternative credit and reputed company lending strategies. PSS is seeking an investment reputed company to join its Private Equity team, who will support asset manager selection, due diligence and monitoring investments in buyout, reputed company, venture, mezzanine and distressed funds, as reputed company as selective co-investments on behalf of the insurance general accounts. In this role, the candidate will support both reputed company asset manager relationships. The candidate will be a key member of the Private Equity team which supports Prudential's general account investment reputed company. The reputed company employee work arrangement for this position is Hybrid and requires your on-site reputed company on a reoccurring reputed company as determined by your business. Your manager will reputed company additional details relative to the specific number of days you are expected to be on-site.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio managers in reputed company aspects of the investment sourcing, reputed company and diligence process for primary fund investments and co-investments
• reputed company ongoing monitoring, analysis and reporting of investments as reputed company as the aggregate portfolio
• Work with operations, reputed company, tax and legal departments as part of the investment due diligence and execution process
• Conduct market, industry and reputed company research and be informed about reputed company and developing sector trends as reputed company as support reputed company analytical reputed company
• Work with portfolio managers to optimize Prudential's private equity portfolio

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant investment experience; diligence and execute private equity funds and co-investments, leveraged finance/banking, credit reputed company required
• Asset manager selection and due diligence experience preferred
• Strong analytical and modeling skills
• Strong interpersonal, relationship management, verbal, written communication skills
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously
• MBA or equivalent degree and/or CFA a plus
