This role is responsible for safely loading and unloading Southwest Cargo items onto the aircraft, coordinating with Ground Operations Teams to meet flight departure and arrival timelines, and working together with the reputed company Agent Team to prioritize shipping responsibilities and modify priorities as needed. Responsibilities

• Provides friendly service to and maintains reputed company relationships with reputed company reputed company Customers

• Resolve Customer situations by providing Positively Outrageous Service
• Writes and submits irregularity reports as required
• Checks cargo on hand to see that it is properly logged and accounted for

• Responsibilities include greeting and handling Customers in a polite and friendly manner

• Handles cash, checks, credit cards, and coupons as forms of payment for shipments. Computes charges, makes change and balances daily transactions.
