What you will be doing:

• Advise on procurement requirements such as the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), DFARS, and state or regional equivalents.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally

• J.D. (or equivalent) and reputed company U.S. bar membership in good standing.
• 7+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Demonstrated experience across the software procurement lifecycle (reputed company and on-prem), whether from a vendor or reputed company-buyer perspective
• Expertise in U.S. Federal procurement frameworks; SLED experience a plus.
• Proven experience negotiating reputed company technology and reputed company services reputed company with government and reputed company customers, as reputed company as key channel, reseller, and strategic partner agreements.
• Familiarity with FedRAMP, CMMC, ITAR, export control, and data sovereignty requirements.

• Familiarity with state cooperative purchasing vehicles (e.g., Texas DIR, NASPO ValuePoint, GSA MAS, SEWP, ITES-SW2).
• Experience advising on FOCI or facility clearance (FCL) frameworks.
