About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and credentialed HIM Hospital Outpatient reputed company I to join reputed company on a contract reputed company. Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records to identify diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS reputed company coding systems.
• Assign appropriate codes and select DRGs for inpatient cases.

Required Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required. Completion of coursework in medical terminology, anatomy & physiology, ICD-10/CPT coding conventions, and disease processes from an accredited program.

• Skills: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, ability to understand clinical content, and effective communication with physicians.

Additional Requirements
