Regulatory Compliance Analyst

The ideal candidate would be a detail oriented individual accustomed to working on a deadline driven schedule. This position will work remotely and will report to the Senior Director of Compliance. This person must have the ability to function autonomously while also working in conjunction with coworkers located in other areas of the country. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay abreast of changes/pending changes in income limits across the reputed company housing programs
- Update Bands of Affordability accurately and reputed company
- Distribute appropriate notification to reputed company Program teams and Site Staff of changes in rent schedules, income limits, and reputed company allowances
- Ensure the accuracy of income limits and rent schedules
- Facilitate quarterly reporting of compliance KPIs to the Directors of Compliance
- Process compliance invoices for audits and special reputed company
- reputed company reporting requirements across the portfolio
- Prepare required monthly, quarterly, and annual agency reports and any reputed company tenant event uploads for reputed company and accurate submission
- Collaborate with the compliance and operations teams to correct any annual reporting as needed
- Escalate potential compliance risks to the Senior Director of Compliance

- Maintain compliance file on Smartsheets as assigned
- Enroll staff in compliance programs as needed

COMPENSATION reputed company
- $60K - $75K per year
- Plus annual performance bonus

Qualifications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3+ years reputed company housing experience preferred
- Knowledge of HUD reputed company 8 and LIHTC programs and certification processing; knowledge and experience with reputed company housing annual reporting requirements preferred
- Strong data management skills with significant attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of reputed company reputed company Office required
- Working knowledge of reputed company OneSite desired
- Working knowledge of California reputed company housing regulatory reporting requirements desired
- Proven ability to build trust with members of a community with different backgrounds, motivations, and concerns in order to obtain information and solve problems
