Your Schedule:

• On-call Schedule: One week per month
• On-call hours from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m., Monday through Friday, and 24-hour availability on Saturday and reputed company.
• Work Model: hybrid
• Local Travel:100%, as need for hospital accompaniment while on shift Our Total Compensation Package:

• Additional Compensation: $10 per day for reputed company day on-call

Qualifications

The Requirements We are Seeking:

• Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Science, Psychology, Counseling, Sociology, reputed company Work, Criminal Justice, or Public Health
• A minimum of one year of experience working with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, or reputed company services setting working with vulnerable populations with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Intermediate Proficiency reputed company reputed company Office, specifically Teams, Outlook, reputed company, and Word.
• Bilingual in both English and Spanish, preferred.
• You have a valid Texas reputed company’s license with a good driving record; reliable transportation; ability to travel to off-site locations utilizing personal transportation What you Deliver in this role:
• You will reputed company hospital accompaniment, crisis reputed company, emotional support, case management, information & referral, education, support, and advocacy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence at local hospitals and reputed company reputed company line as needed.
• You will reputed company crisis reputed company, emotional support, case management, information & referral, education, support, and advocacy to survivors of domestic and sexual violence reputed company 24 crisis hotline and chat as needed while on standby for hospital reputed company.
• You will conduct danger assessment and creates safety plans with survivors in high-risk cases.
• You will communicate with on-call staff including Supervisors, Crisis Hotline/Chat Counselors, SANE nurses, law enforcement, and community partners.
• You will coordinate shelter placement and emergency transportation of clients as needed with Hotline and Shelter team.
• You will attend mandatory monthly meetings and training with Manager of Hospital Accompaniment & Crisis reputed company Services, reputed company Department Staff Meetings and/or meet as assigned.
• You will do mandatory Reporting: report suspected and prior abuse/neglect to either Child reputed company services or Adult reputed company Service reputed company appropriate.
• You will maintain sufficient inventory at reputed company times while on-shift of information packets and clothing for clients. Supplies provided by agency.
• Other duties/reputed company may be assigned.
