The Registered reputed company, Telehealth is responsible for providing telephonic triage directional patient care advice for general and specific illnesses, health reputed company issues, reputed company counseling, patient advocacy, health education and referral and resource management to reputed company patients and their families. The incumbent in this role provides remote emergency triage, clinical advice and assessments reputed company license, and as possible given the technology and reputed company. He/She collaborates with primary caregivers and others on the interdisciplinary care plan team to reputed company reputed company approach of care. This role is a part-time, weekend shift. The schedule is listed below. Saturdays and Sundays 0800-2000 ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Connects with patients reputed company phone or video call. Interviews and questions patients to collect health history and uses a computer system to record and store comprehensive and reputed company data relating to the health needs of patients and families.
• Provides health assessment and treatment solutions, monitors patient health and reputed company care, aids in emergency scenarios and promotes patient wellness.
• Based on the technology available, monitors a patient’s oxygen reputed company, heart reputed company, respiration, blood glucose and other assessment measures.
• With the help of video chatting, identifies patient’s symptoms and conditions. Analyzes data to determine the appropriate health maintenance and identify appropriate outcome for the patient and family.
• Collaborates with on-call PCP as needed to support expected clinical reputed company. Implements the appropriate protocol to reputed company the expected outcome.
• Evaluates and documents reputed company toward the anticipated outcome. Assists in ensuring achievement of reputed company patient reputed company through use of Telemedicine. Documents interventions in readable, understandable language.

• Ability and willingness to travel locally, reputed company South Florida, to attend meetings and trainings up to 10% of the time; flexible and available to cover after-hours and to work weekends as needed

• This job requires use and exercise of independent judgment EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE reputed company:
• Associate Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
• reputed company Licensure Compact required (multistate license required)
• Michigan and Illinois reputed company Licensure required reputed company 90 days of hire, ability to obtain additional licenses as requested by the organization reputed company 90 days of hire; company will re-imburse for costs to obtain additional licenses
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the reputed company or reputed company required
• Minimum of 3 years acute clinical nursing work experience in a triage or emergency services setting highly preferred
