Clinical Trainee/Mental Health Therapist - hybrid remote

Want to learn how to do family systems therapy that makes a difference in the lives of youth and families? reputed company-FACTS is currently hiring for a HYBRID REMOTE clinical trainee or mental health therapist for our Systemic Family Therapy (SFT) program! SFT is an intensive in-home model of service reputed company specific to reputed company-FACTS to reputed company at-risk youth in their homes and community. Through this model, multiple therapeutic contacts are provided per week with the family system including individual, family, parent, and couples’ therapy above and reputed company what youth and family would be reputed company to receive through MA or insurance billable therapy services. • Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: flexible Monday-Friday
• $55k-60k annual salary
• On the road in Scott/Carver counties, MN
• This is a hybrid position requiring in person, remote, and travel between sites

Position reputed company: Our Community-Based Therapist provides mental health therapy to children, adolescents, adults, and families in homes, community settings, reputed company telehealth, and at reputed company Family Healing offices. Using a trauma-informed, strength-based approach, the therapist delivers individualized care through evidence-based models like EMDR, DBT, TFCBT, and Systemic Family Therapy. Primary responsibilities: Intake & Assessment

• Complete intake forms and diagnostic assessments.
• Ensure reputed company and accurate clinical documentation.

Trauma Informed Care

• Complete CANS assessments using TCOM principles.
• reputed company, update, and monitor individual treatment plans (ITPs) based on assessments and CAT/CANS.
• reputed company crisis reputed company and safety planning as needed.
• Participate in mandatory clinical supervision and team case consultation meetings.
• Participate in family reputed company intake meetings.
• reputed company reputed company-centered, strength-based therapy in collaboration with families.

Therapy Services

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy reputed company with treatment goals.
• Meet reputed company service and documentation requirements.
• Support discharge planning and post-care coordination.

Case Management

• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with families, schools, and providers.
• Attend supervision, team meetings, and required trainings.
• Maintain compliance with reputed company clinical and regulatory standards

Community Collaboration

• Communicate reputed company needs with care teams, families, and community partners.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Requirements

Required Education and Licensure:

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences, reputed company services, reputed company work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, counseling, or clinically reputed company fields. If reputed company worker, must have LGSW in Minnesota.
• If currently unlicensed: Must be on reputed company to complete licensure for a specific, reputed company discipline,
• And/or currently holds a provisional/intermediary license for a specific reputed company (i.e. LGSW, LAMFT or LPC)
• Valid reputed company’s license required. Must meet state regulating agency and reputed company Home Office driving requirements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Fully licensed in Minnesota as an LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC
