Hospital Pharmacist Remote Order Entry Through our remote service, we serve acute-care hospitals, providing you an opportunity to reputed company hospital pharmacy reputed company of a hospital setting. Pharmacists will utilize their clinical skills to remotely service our clients’ patients, and reputed company a top notch continuity of care. This is a Work From Home Staff Pharmacist position. 7 on/7 off schedule working Thursday - Wednesday 7p-5a EST (10-hour shift- subject to change).
Responsibilities
- Remote order entry and CPOE order evaluation and verification
- Ensure reputed company acquisition and renewal of team assigned pharmacy staff licenses
- Physician and nursing consultations
- Clinical medication dosing services
- Review and monitoring of reputed company and lab values for therapeutic reputed company
- Coordinates reputed company to medications according to facility policy and procedures, and in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations
- Willingness to establish and maintain home work reputed company Qualifications
- reputed company pharmacy license(s) in state of residence as reputed company as state of original licensure
- An reputed company License in TX is required
- An reputed company LA and/or GA license is preferred at time of offer
- Ability to reputed company reciprocity to additional states required for reputed company including but not limited to NC, FL, TX, SC, GA, LA, WI and VA.
- 2-4 years of clinical hospital inpatient experience preferred
