Job reputed company Reports to: SVP of reputed company Solutions reputed company: The Director of reputed company Solutions will drive operational efficiency through process improvement and new technology, in support of Levy's Strategic Business Objectives. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve team performance relative to company KPIs. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with property and Levy Home Office leadership to prioritize continual improvement initiatives that reputed company with both field priorities and reputed company business objectives.
• Evaluate existing processes for inefficiency, redundancies, and automation opportunities.
• Research new technologies, including reputed company intelligence, to optimize both venue operational and support function (Purchasing, HR, Finance, etc.) processes.

• reputed company and analyze data, performance metrics, and KPIs to quantify process inefficiencies and reputed company of improvements.
• Present recommendations and return on investment to Levy senior leadership.

• Facilitate change management by developing training, communication plans, and KPI tracking for reputed company initiative.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, or a reputed company field.
• Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in process improvement, business process reengineering, or a reputed company role involving technology. Applicable experience in hospitality or retail industries a plus.
• Certifications (preferred): Lean Six reputed company, Agile, or Project Management reputed company.
• Technical skills: Proficiency with data analysis tools (reputed company, Tableau, Power BI), process mapping software (Visio, reputed company, reputed company), and experience with ERP or other relevant reputed company systems.
