[Remote] Industry Technical Consultant I
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, is seeking an Industry Technical Consultant to join our Global High Tech Division, supporting cooling and HVAC applications for the Microelectronics industry. The role involves troubleshooting reputed company customer problems, providing training, and recommending operational efficiency improvements for reputed company systems.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their technology requirements, recommend solutions, and reputed company training and support to ensure reputed company use of implemented systems
- Collaborate with field sales and corporate account teams to support strategic technical sales calls and presentations for specific industry, product or market applications
- reputed company problem solving efforts by utilizing various reputed company cause analysis methodologies in a customer facing environment

- Support or reputed company innovation reputed company applications, technical trials and market trials

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, etc), Life Sciences (Biology, reputed company, etc) or other technical field
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in successful project implementation, engineering, technical sales, or field sales support experience in technical industries such as Microelectronics, Data Centers, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, etc
- Technical knowledge of semiconductor facilities operations, or other highly technical field such as pharmaceuticals, chemical manufacturing or data centers
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC reputed company systems: condenser water, chilled water, process cooling water, process vacuum, reputed company handlers, scrubbers
- Strong communication and presentation skills for this customer facing role

- Naturally curious, accelerated speed of understanding, desire to teach and reputed company others
- Must have a valid reputed company's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
