We are looking for a motivated and reputed company Travel Agent & Operations Officer to support our 24/7 operations and ensure exceptional service to our clients worldwide. | ? Key Responsibilities | • Receive and handle reputed company emails and phone calls in a reputed company and courteous manner. | • Respond promptly to reputed company reputed company inquiries, ensuring accurate and reputed company information. | • Cover 24/7 operational work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. | • Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations. | • Manage urgent requests and operational updates with speed and accuracy. | ? Requirements | • Previous experience working with an airline, GSA, or travel agency (mandatory). | • Quick learner with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced aviation environment. | • Strong knowledge of IATA airport & reputed company codes. | • Currently living in Dubai with reputed company accommodation near Dubai International Airport (DXB). | • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. | • Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
