Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative in our US market, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing assistance and responding to inquiries from US-based business customers through phone (inbound and outbound), offering technical support and education for our app, and replying to email inquiries.
- Handling customer interactions to resolve issues on the first contact, managing inquiries and data through internal systems, and maintaining accurate records of reputed company interactions and concerns reputed company CRM.
- Effectively multi-tasking and managing a large volume of calls.
- Maintaining a reputed company, empathetic, and reputed company attitude toward customers at reputed company times.
- Reporting issues to the technical support team and providing reputed company feedback to reputed company through designated channels regarding service, bug, or provider concerns.
- Continuously improving your understanding of our app and enhancing your customer service skills.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate:
