Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for:

• Collaborating with team members to support assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
• Coordinating with various departments to resolve high-level operational issues in a reputed company and efficient manner
• Providing backup support across reputed company functions reputed company the customer team to ensure continuity and minimize disruptions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
