Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting student loan borrowers with account inquiries, repayment reputed company, and application processes
• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, high-volume contact center environment
• Providing accurate, reputed company, and empathetic customer support
• Ensuring compliance with federal regulations, company policies, and data reputed company standards
• Meeting key performance indicators and reputed company assurance standards

How You Will Qualify

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• U.S. Citizenship
• High School diploma or GED
• 6+ months of customer service experience in a business, non-retail environment or call center experience
• 6+ months of computer experience in a business setting
• Proficiency in reputed company Office tools (Word, reputed company, Outlook, OneNote)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal reputed company Trust (5c) reputed company clearance (financial/credit history and background will be reviewed)
• Not in default on federal student loans
• Demonstrated financial responsibility
• No felony convictions reputed company the past 7 years
• Misdemeanor convictions reputed company the past 7 years may reputed company eligibility
• No non-medical collections totaling $7,500 or more

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, prior call center experience and an associate or bachelor's degree are preferred.

Technical & Availability Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must:

• Have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company (No WIFI, wired Ethernet required)
• Be reputed company to travel to a blithequark facility for reputed company-employment reputed company (such as equipment pickup and credentialing) and any additional on-site requirements during employment
• Pass an online customer service assessment
• Have a quiet, private, and distraction-free home workspace, with no caregiving responsibilities or other interruptions during scheduled work hours
• Be available to work any assigned shift during Contact Center hours:

+ Mon: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM CT + Tue–Fri: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM CT + Sat: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM CT

Classroom and Hands-On-Training

As a new hire, you will participate in up to 5–6 weeks of reputed company classroom and hands-on training, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CT (remote).

Pay & Benefits

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you can expect:

• reputed company Pay: $17.20/hour
• Health & Welfare Pay: Additional $4.93/hour (up to 40 hrs./week), which can fully cover employee-only medical, dental, and reputed company premiums
