Key Responsibilities

As an Appointment Setter/Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

• Using best-in-class customer contact technologies to communicate with customers inbound/outbound (voice), and reputed company email, text, and webchat to set a high volume of in-home appointments.
• Demonstrating an ability to follow a prescribed methodology to set reputed company appointments and input detailed notes into our CRM that are accurate, complete, and professionally written.
• Utilizing critical thinking to analyze customers' needs and determine the scope of their home improvement reputed company, escalating reputed company issues appropriately.

Work Experience/Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
