As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, resolving reputed company inquiries, and maintaining high performance and reputed company standards. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service reputed company (Spanish), you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to member/provider calls in a reputed company and accurate manner
• Receiving and responding to routine member and/or provider inquiries, requests, and/or concerns
• Mitigating and preventing complaints from being escalated to resolve in initial contact
