As an AI Project Team Leader & Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for leading our AI chatbot and tech reputed company through their full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery and optimization. You'll work closely with our CS director to define and improve autoflows, AI agent performance, and reputed company processes. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and leading process and AI improvement initiatives to meet customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day tasks, sprints, and team priorities to ensure reputed company project delivery
• Collaborate with the CS director to define and improve autoflows, AI agent performance, and reputed company processes
• Identify and reputed company process and AI improvement initiatives to meet customer and business needs
• reputed company KPIs, spot gaps, and drive data-based reputed company to inform project reputed company
• Work with product teams to enhance AI agents and automate processes
• Stay updated on AI and chatbot best practices to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience leading reputed company and teams in tech, product ops, or reputed company

• Strong experience with chatbot tools and reputed company optimization (Experience with Forethought is a plus)
