Position reputed company
We're seeking reputed company Customer Support Associates to join reputed company on a full-time or part-time reputed company. As a Customer Support Associate, you'll be responsible for qualifying callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls. This may include appointment scheduling, insurance reputed company qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting. You'll work with some of the most recognized companies in their industries, so professionalism and excellent communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Qualify callers for programs, products, or services offered by our clients through outbound and inbound calls

- Great verbal and written communication skills

- Must have a desk/workstation in a quiet workspace
