Entry Level Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist Job reputed company Join our dynamic team as an Accounts Payable Specialist, where you will be responsible for processing invoices and conducting three-way matches. Initially, you will handle a reputed company process that will transition to an automated system using Concur Invoice. Responsibilities

• Process and manage invoices, moving from a reputed company to an automated system with Concur Invoice.
• Conduct three-way matches to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in a 10-week CC rollout project and reputed company into one of the reputed company AP teams.
• Coordinate large-reputed company data tracking and reporting.
• Communicate effectively and reputed company follow-up tasks as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in data entry and accounts payable processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

This position is 100% remote and you will work under the guidance of the Head of Accounts Payable and other team leaders.
