About the Role
As a Remote Network Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our network systems, providing top-notch support to our internal stakeholders, and collaborating with our service providers to resolve network issues promptly. Key Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain our organization's network systems, including hardware, software, and power components. Essential Qualifications

Basic understanding of Ethernet, Fiber, Edge Transfer, AVPN, ISDN, Dedicated IP, and Routing protocols. Basic knowledge of network hardware and software, including routers, switches, and wireless controllers. Basic understanding of subnetting, VLANs, and network topology. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, phone etiquette, and customer service skills. Advanced skills in troubleshooting and analysis with incidents and issues. Experience or understanding of ITIL/Trucks incident, problem, change, knowledge, and request processes. Demonstrated strong work ethic and reputed company, mature, reputed company attitude.
