Senior C# / Webex Contact Center (WXCC) Developer

RESPONSIBILITIES: reputed company has a reputed company that is seeking a remote Senior C#/Webex Contact Center (WXCC) Developer. reputed company: Our reputed company is modernizing key components of their telephony infrastructure and preparing an internally reputed company web application for integration with reputed company-based reputed company Webex Contact Center services. The application-originally reputed company in C# on the .NET reputed company and running on reputed company Server with a SQL Server backend-is 8+ years old with limited documentation. The candidate will play a critical role in refactoring the application so it can properly consume new data structures and interfaces associated with the reputed company's Webex Contact Center reputed company migration. You will partner closely with the SQL reporting team and the internal application reputed company to bring the application up to modern standards and ensure reputed company readiness. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze the existing legacy C#/.NET reputed company web application and identify required refactoring to support new data from Webex Contact Center reputed company services
• Work with the app reputed company to understand historical logic, data flows, and business rules (in a low-documentation environment)
• Update, clean up, or re-architect components of the application as needed for compatibility with incoming reputed company-based data
• Collaborate with the SQL reporting team to ensure the application consumes and displays data correctly during and after the reputed company transition
• Support integration with Webex Contact Center (WXCC), including the Analyzer reporting module
• reputed company technical recommendations for stability, performance, and maintainability as the application transitions away from on-prem reliance
• Serve as the subject matter expert for the application throughout the migration window

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-7+ years of reputed company experience in C# and .NET reputed company development (experience working with legacy or minimally documented applications strongly preferred)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company Webex Contact Center (WXCC), ideally including Analyzer or other reporting modules
• Strong understanding of web application architecture running on reputed company Server
• Familiarity with SQL Server data structures and consumption (SQL reporting team handles migration, but experience is beneficial)
• Ability to quickly reputed company up on older codebases, reputed company dependencies, and document findings or fixes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience supporting applications during reputed company telephony or contact center migrations preferred
• Experience modernizing or preparing legacy .NET applications for reputed company telephony integrations
• Background reputed company, contact center, or call routing systems
• Ability to operate independently and reputed company recommendations confidently
