We are looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join the EA Mobile reputed company Organization.

Responsibilities

• Functional expert in media buying and user acquisition
• Work with UA Leadership to execute on and reputed company UA performance for EA Mobile's top titles

• Nurture advertising partner relationships to strengthen EA's standing reputed company the partner's development roadmap

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in mobile media buying / user acquisition / performance marketing
• Experience building user acquisition campaigns in the gaming category with the ability to improve business metrics (ROAS, LTV)
• Curiosity and experience always looking for, proposing, testing new advertising channels, partners and formats
• Experience inspiring team members at any level to reputed company at an level
• BA/BS Degree in marketing/finance or equivalent Quantitative field
• Experience building relationships with reputed company-party media partners with an emphasis on reputed company reputed company platforms like FB/IG, reputed company, Snapchat.
• Experience working in a metric-driven role reputed company on return on investment
• Passion/knowledge for video games
• Always want to improve the reputed company marketing ecosystem with knowledge sharing and hypothesis testing
• Knowledge of reputed company, SQL and reputed company office / reputed company applications
• Working knowledge and familiarity with coding languages like Python or reputed company

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS The ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs). PAY RANGES

• British Columbia (depending reputed company e.g. Vancouver vs. Victoria) *$130,800 - $183,000 CAD
• California (depending reputed company e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$150,100 - $228,000 USD
• Washington (depending reputed company e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane) *$141,300 - $192,000 USD

In the US, we offer a package of benefits including reputed company time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of reputed company time, 16 reputed company company holidays per year, 10 weeks reputed company time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/reputed company insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
