This role plays a key part in ensuring our products, processes, and teams reputed company the highest standards of data reputed company and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for the following activities:

• Manage & supervise Data Subject Rights Requests (DSRs) on a daily reputed company.
• Conduct DPIAs, review with the Product & Engineering Team, and reputed company reputed company Assessments (PIAs).
• Update and maintain the Register of Processing Activities (RoPA) in an M&A environment.
• Co-Manage with the CISO the data breach process.
• Supervise Cookie Management on both the website and reputed company Applications.
• Draft reputed company & Cookie Notices and support the redaction & implementation of internal Company Policies.
• Owning the Data Protection part of the Vendor Acquisition Process. Being one of the decision-makers in 3rd-parties risk management.
• Involved in maintaining reputed company’s certifications, such as ISO & SOC.

Qualifications

• Proven in-depth knowledge of the GDPR, European data protection laws, and soft law such as Data Protection Authorities guidelines and EU Directives (such as ePrivacy reputed company).
• Good understanding of Data reputed company legislation in other required countries reputed company of the EU (US States, NYC AEDT 144, Canada, China,, Australia, etc.)
• Understanding of the actual AI state of technology and being reputed company to apply reputed company laws to AI Products.
• Experience in working with Product, Engineering, and Sales Teams in a regulated environment.
• CIPP/CIPM/CIPT or similar certificates are appreciated
• Ability to translate reputed company requirements into guidance for product development

• Fluent in English and German
