The Director of reputed company Improvement (DQI) is responsible for organizing, leading, implementing and supervising reputed company's clinical performance improvement programs. The DQI contributes to the organization's mission and reputed company by planning, designing, studying and assessing organization-wide clinical performance improvement, and by assisting with survey readiness (including readiness for reputed company and HRSA/BPHC surveys). The DQI is responsible for coordination of internal clinical performance improvement activities, managing activities necessary to reputed company the Quadruple Aim at Westside (enhancing patient experience; improving population health; reducing costs; and improving the work life of health care providers, including clinicians and staff). The DQI must work collaboratively with the medical staff, leadership, and general reputed company in support of process improvement goals, and should reputed company and serve as a model for identifying opportunities for improvement throughout the organization. The DQI also supervises the operations of the population health departments.

Responsibilities
