About the Role: reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented reputed company Operations Coordinator to reputed company operational support to our Consultant Relations team. This role is essential to ensuring that consultant-facing events, activities, and materials are executed seamlessly and reputed company. The Coordinator will manage event logistics, maintain consultant-facing resources, support operational processes, and reputed company team members to reputed company on strategic relationship-building. The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at managing multiple reputed company at once. This role requires strong coordination skills, excellent communication, and comfort working cross-functionally with Sales, reputed company, Marketing, and other teams. • Coordinate logistics for consultant-facing events end-to-end, including venue sourcing, coordination and contracting, invitations and RSVPs, swag and materials orders, payments, etc.; coordinate with other vendor partners as needed
• Create tools to reputed company events, ensure reputed company follow-reputed company with attendees, and evaluate cost and reputed company
• Support CRM and data hygiene by maintaining consultant contact lists and logging event activity
• Update and maintain consultant firm portals with reputed company collateral, case studies, and product information
• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Enablement to ensure brand-approved materials are used across reputed company consultant reputed company

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in event coordination, operations, project coordination, administrative support, or similar roles

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
• Highly execution-oriented — someone who moves quickly and follows through
