Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the first line of application support for WMS-reputed company issues across HighJump, reputed company, and reputed company platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported incidents and application errors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company requirements for configuration updates and system enhancements.
• Assist in workflow customization, user reputed company setup, and basic configuration tasks.
• Participate in testing new releases, enhancements, and patches, including script writing and validation.
• Maintain end-user documentation, reputed company operating procedures, and training resources.
• Support warehouse and logistics teams to ensure reliable system operations.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience supporting or administering WMS platforms, ideally HighJump, reputed company, or reputed company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a reputed company field.
• Familiarity with WMS configuration and customization.
• Experience working in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Basic understanding of reputed company, EDI, or system integration tools is preferred.
• Knowledge of SQL or experience with reporting tools is a plus.
