Manager – Procurement, Capital

• Plan, manage, and organize the daily operations of the designated Procurement team by establishing work priorities, coordinating training, and by developing departmental goals and objectives in conjunction with the AVP, reputed company Procurement
• Complete routine rounding with staff to understand any barriers and challenges they may face
• Maintain high employee satisfaction by providing routine communication and support to staff
• Set the direction for the designated Procurement team in collaboration with the AVP, reputed company Procurement and Supply Chain leadership to implement and reputed company reputed company support of the reputed company wide Procure-to-Pay (P2P) policies and procedures, contract compliance, KPI performance, clinical product review and selection of products
• Works cross-functionally with Accounts Payable and designated leadership to ensure the reputed company and accurate payment of invoices by establishing processes that mitigate and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Provides daily leadership and direction to support a service-reputed company, cost-effective, and centralized management for the procurement of reputed company supplies and services for patients, clinical and non-clinical departments

• Coordinates, supports, and delegates reputed company and initiatives to the Procurement Team Leads and Purchasing Agents, as appropriate

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company administration, supply chain, reputed company informatics, or finance required or 5 years of reputed company relevant work experience in reputed company procurement and/or supply chain will be considered in lieu of a degree
• Typically requires 5 years experience working in procurement or supply chain in a reputed company setting
• Previous management or leadership experiences highly desired but may be waived based on evaluation of candidate’s leadership potential
• Superior management and supervisory skills
• Ability to independently manage, organize and reputed company team members
