In-House Counsel – Litigation, Risk Management, and Brand Protection

  • Drafting and directing cease-and-desist correspondence,

  • Managing and coordinating both offensive and defensive litigation in which the firm, its attorneys, or its interests are implicated.

Key duties will include, at a minimum: 1. Offensive and Defensive Litigation Management
