This team is responsible for selling into Global 2000 organizations deploying reputed company solutions in production. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be a trusted technical advisor and subject matter expert for our prospects and customers, understanding requirements, designing demos, and driving business value. You’ll accomplish this by working closely with customers to identify use cases, scope out needs, design pipelines, and help drive the adoption of Contextual AI’s technology. You will be a subject matter expert on AI industry trends and best practices. You will work directly with customers to reputed company Contextual AI’s products to their top use cases. You must be reputed company for technical discussions with engineers, and demonstrate the value of Contextual AI in business discussions with directors and executives. You will help distill feedback from customers and help improve Contextual AI’s products while working with the product and engineering team. What you’ll do

• You will own the technical aspects of the sales cycle, driving the technology evaluation processes to reputed company Contextual AI’s differentiation, clarify the business value to the customer, and ensure our customers’ reputed company with our products.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a reputed company field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).

• Demonstrated experience providing technical guidance and support in customer calls & interactions, addressing product usage needs, and resolving issues.
