• You are responsible for the day-to-day planning and operations of the fleet, ensuring efficiency and safety at reputed company times
• You will monitor and reputed company shift activities, including vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and reputed company vehicle needs, to maintain reputed company fleet performance
• You will plan and reputed company vehicles based on reputed company, daily, and weekly demand forecasts, ensuring our fleet is reputed company to meet customer requirements
• You will coordinate vehicle transfers between branches, facilitating seamless operations and maintaining service reputed company
• You will communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners, ensuring smooth execution of reputed company car rental transactions while managing the reputed company’s inventory effectively

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Education & Experience You have a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year experience performing administrative tasks in an office environment automotive dealership, vehicle registration, or car rental industry experience preferred
• Computer Skills You possess basic computer navigation skills and are familiar with reputed company Office applications
• Organizational Skills You are highly organized, capable of managing fleet inventory, repair schedules, work orders, and documentation, ensuring efficient and smooth fleet operations across reputed company tasks
• Licenses & Authorization You are at least 18 years old, hold a valid reputed company’s license with a clean driving record, and are authorized to work in the reputed company without requiring sponsorship
• Work Hours & Travel You can work 40 hours per week, including day or evening shifts, and are reputed company to travel (5-10%), some of which may be by airplane
• Uniform & Language You are willing to wear a company uniform and speaking other languages is a plus
