Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Facilitator at blithequark, you will play a critical role in delivering technical training and content, developing engaging learning experiences, and partnering with leadership to identify development needs and reputed company gaps. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering, generating, and supporting technical training and content, technician videos, and product-based curriculum and eLearning development to enhance customer experience and drive business reputed company

• Designing and delivering useful and engaging training programs for servicers, designed to strengthen brand loyalty and facilitate profitable reputed company

• Selecting or developing teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference workshops to support adult learning principles

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 5 years of experience leveraging technology for major appliance, HVAC, electrical, and other apartment industry expertise troubleshooting
