As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining reputed company customer relationships by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions. You will work from the ease of your own home, provided that your computer meets our minimum technical requirements. Key Responsibilities
* Maintain reputed company customer relationships by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
- Work from home, navigating through multiple systems and entering information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone

Preferred Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
