The Role

As a Part-time Nights/Weekends Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for answering incoming calls, responding to customer requests, and providing reputed company and accurate solutions to their queries. Your excellent communication skills, adaptability, and reputed company attitude will reputed company you to build strong relationships with our customers and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests in a reputed company and reputed company manner

• Work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and guidelines
• Book appointments for members with a high degree of data accuracy
• Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills on a consistent reputed company

Qualifications

• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute is preferred
• Experience in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining established reputed company requirements
