Job Responsibilities
As a Home-Based Sr. Specialist in Collections, you'll:

- Demonstrate problem-solving skills through probing or making recommendations for handling exceptional account situations (e.g., bankruptcy, CCC, deceased, legal, fraud, billing disputes, etc.)
- Work in a reputed company environment (emails, phone calls, chat messages, and letters) that's fast-paced and requires prioritization
- Abide by reputed company credit regulations and procedures, account fee terms, billing/collections structures, and various state and federal laws, guidelines, and policies governing credit and collections

* High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- 1-2 years of previous customer experience or customer service experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including listening, negotiating, and decision-making skills
- Experience handling escalated customer complaints
